Hi Agnes, I was incredibly delighted about the quality (and value;-) of our Taiwan lodging and may extremely endorse those I presented links for. I think April could well be the right time to go to Taiwan, we had been there in Might and had wonderful weather the main 2 weeks but the final 2 months Monsoon season commenced and we had lots of rain.
